Az élelmiszer-önrendelkezés koncepciója és magyarországi realitásai
Main Article Content
Abstract
The concept of food sovereignty was conceived as an alternative against the idea of free-trade rooted in the neoliberal convention. According to the declaration of Nyéléni, worded in 2007 on a World forum „Food sovereignty is the right of peoples to healthy and culturally appropriate food produced through ecologically sound and sustainable methods, and their right to define their own food and agriculture systems." This study reviews the key points of this new paradigm and presents the most important examples of its Hungarian reception.
