András Tarnóc

András Tarnóc earned his PhD at Debrecen University in 2001. Presently he serves as the Head of the Department of American Studies at Eszterházy Károly College of Eger. His main research interests include settler-Indian relations in the colonial period, the dynamics of multicultural societies, and post-colonial literature. Currently he is working on a research project exploring the literary, historical, psychological, and educational aspects of Indian captivity narratives. He is an author of a monograph and several scholarly articles on the above mentioned subjects. Email: tarnoca@ektf.hu
